Summary

  • Basic Description
    • Responsible for somewhat difficult application support and implementation within the Information Services Department. Demonstrates enhanced computer operational skills. Should be able to perform somewhat difficult application diagnostics and troubleshooting. Must be able to apply software fixes or perform upgrades to existing systems. Must be able to demonstrate and understanding of backup and recovery methods, general operating system functionality, and change control process.

    • Degree / Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Level of Experience
      • 2-5 years of related information technology or clinical technical support experience.
      • Minimum of 2 years experience with Cerner Millennium or related Cerner Products
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
