  • Basic Description
    • 1. Patient management (evaluation, development, and implementation of treatment plan directed toward optimal rehabilitation of each patient, program development). 2. Administrative (basic understanding of corporate to department operational policy, fiscal awareness - fee structure, budget, supervision, and utilization of support personnel, peer review and Quality Assurance. 3. Interdisciplinary relationships (works with other disciplines to assure optimal patient-outcomes).

    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Physical Therapist, Licensed
      • Basic Life Support - Must be certified within 30 days of hire.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
