Summary

Basic Description
  • In addition to functioning as a 90% working technologist in their specific modality, performs lead technologist role for their modality. The lead role is responsible for coordination and standardization of that specific modality across all divisions of CAMC. This lead person, through their technical expertise and knowledge, is responsible for identifying specific instances that differ and with the help of the Clinical Operations Manager, work toward standardization. The lead is also responsible for keeping abreast of new developments in their specific modality and keeping us current.

    • Degree / Education
      • Formalized Training - Rad Tech
    • Level of Experience
      • 2 Years - CT  or RT Technologist
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Radiologic technologist, license
      • Basic Life Support - Must be certified within 30 days of hire.
      • AND
      • Amer Reg of Rad Tech
      • AND
      • Must meet ladder criteria III
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
