Summary

  • Basic Description
    • Responsible for application support and implementation within the Information Services Department. Demonstrates elevated computer operational skills. Should be able to perform difficult application diagnostics and troubleshooting. Must be able to mentor more junior level staff on department procedure and application support and/or implementation procedures.

    • Degree / Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Level of Experience
      • 5-8 years of related information technology or clinical technical support experience.
      • Minimum of 2 years with Cerner Millennium or Cerner related products
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
      • N/A
    • Computer Skills required for this position
