Responsible for planning and managing large and/or complex projects or project components from the design phase through implementation. They gather required information from the client, while leveraging cross-functional relationships, to evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of any given project. They develop detailed project plans and manage all processes throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, and training). They ensure milestones are achieved, project objectives are met and projects are successfully delivered on time and on/under budget. Project Managers ensure quality and client satisfaction of technical and non-technical projects. Evaluate current process and practices to develop and implement improvements.
