    • Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel of corporate functions in ProFee Coding area.

    • Degree / Education
      • Bachelor Degree 
    • Level of Experience
      • 4 YEARS of progressive managerial experience in a 500+ bed hospital (OR)
      • 5 - 7 YEARS Progressive managerial experience in a hospital setting with at least 3 yrs of this being direct supervisory exp.
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Reg Health Info Administrator (OR)
        Registered Nurse (OR)
        Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position

      • Requires a thorough knowledge of healthcare legislative and reimbursement issues as they relate to record administration, coding or billing. Requires proficient experience with ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 and E&M coding.
