Summary

  • Basic Description
    • Responsible for the effective follow-up and collection of high dollar, delinquent, and problem account receivable claims by resolving patient inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

    • Degree / Education
      • High School Diploma/GED
    • Level of Experience
      • None
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
      • Data entry requirement is 5,000 keystrokes per hour with less than 10 errors
    • Computer Skills required for this position
      • Basic PC Skills
