      • 2 YEARS Practice in the Nurse Practitioner role required.
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Registered Nurse

      • Advance Practice Nurse Pract.
      • AND
      • Prescriptive Authority
      • Basic Life Support - Must be certified within 30 days of hire.
      • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Must be certified within 1 year of hire.
