Summary

  • Basic Description
    • Performs comprehensive counseling functions in the form of individual family and group therapy to patients and families, treatment team participation, facilitation of patient clinical care, referral, discharge planning, and utilization review.

    • Degree / Education
      • Masters Degree Counseling- Rehabilitation Counseling- Psychology- or Social Work.
    • Level of Experience
      • 3 Years Counseling experience.
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Licensed Counselor
      • OR
      • Licensed Social Worker
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
    • Computer Skills required for this position
