  • Basic Description
    • Responsible for managing the medication use process - prescribing, dispensing, administration, and monitoring throughout the medical center, and for applying basic knowledge about drugs and drug therapy to the care and treatment of patients.

    • Degree / Education
      • Bachelor Degree - Pharmacy 
      • OR
      • Doctorate in Pharmacology - Pharmacy 
    • Level of Experience
      • None
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Pharmacist, Licensed
      • Registry Eligible
      • Basic Life Support - Must be certified within 30 days of hire.
      • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Must be certified within 1 year of hire.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
