Summary

  • Basic Description
    • Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems within the Information Services Department. Ensures the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the systems, meet the service level agreements of the organization. May acquire, install, or upgrade computer components and software; provide routine automation; maintain security policies; troubleshoot; train and/or supervise staff; or offer technical support for projects.

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Level of Experience
      • 5-8 years of related professional information technology support experience
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
