  • Basic Description
    • Provide assistance to the Imaging department by providing assistance with projects and other departmental responsibilities for the Imaging Leadership team.  Accountable for timely, tactful, and accurate performance of a variety of secretarial and minor administrative duties as assigned by the Imaging Leadership Team.  Assist Medical Imaging Corporate Director with various assigned tasks.
  • Specialized Knowledge, Experience and Skills

    • Degree / Education
      • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • Level of Experience
      • 3 years office assistant experience in a comparable organization with multiple departments.
    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
    • Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
      • 60 WPM
      • Microsoft Office and Word processing, spreadsheets, database management, Web page development software
    • Computer Skills required for this position
      • Related types-prefer Microsoft Office, Front Page, Time & Attendance (KRONOS- WorkForce Central)
      • Basic PC Skills
      • Running reports from various systems.
      • Helping with the preparation of formal presentation documents.
      • Visio, Word, Excel, Minitab etc.
